London UK, 18 April 2011: – CentraStage (http://www.centrastage.com), the leading provider of cloud based remote monitoring, management and IT automation software today announced that it has partnered with Autotask Corporation, the worldwide leader in cloud-based IT Business Management Software.

A key component of the partnership is a new seamless integration between the two products designed to dramatically improve IT service delivery and workflow. The new integration includes automatic ticket creation from monitor alerts, asset synchronisation and full round trip ticket closure in both systems.

Commenting on today’s announcement, Christian Nagele, CEO at CentraStage said: “IT Service Providers who use CentraStage products to monitor and manage their clients’ networks also need a way to manage the rest of their businesses. Now, with this integration, network and service data flows directly into Autotask, where work can be triaged and routed, and time and expenses can be billed.”

In addition, under the partnership agreement Autotask will become the first software vendor to make its products available through CentraStage ComStore, CentraStage’s new online marketplace available exclusively to its customers. IT Service Providers will be able to purchase the entry level Autotask Go! PSA product through the store, or request a personalised live web demo of the full-featured Autotask Pro via a web link. Both products are
available on-demand and work entirely through the web browser with no downloads or installs and both come fully integrated with CentraStage.

CentraStage and Autotask Corporation will both be exhibiting their products at this week’s Service Desk and IT Support Show in London. In addition, CentraStage is sponsoring the 2011 Autotask Community Live! Worldwide Customer Conference in the US in Miami, Florida on May 22-24, 2011.
