For East Sussex Council, which is responsible for 194 schools, ICT support and services has been turned on its head 180 degrees with a change in strategy that has seen it become more proactive than the past.

Having undertaken a voluntary consultation exercise with schools, the Council realised while the services it provided were generally well received, schools wanted more – but didn’t have the money to necessarily pay for it.
